Since opening our doors in the summer of 2001, Bearly Used Thrift Store has worked to meet the needs of our ever-changing community. Bearly Used Thrift Store is owned and operated by the Hubbard County Developmental Achievement Center (DAC), a non-profit organization. Bearly Used Thrift Store and the Hubbard County DAC work together to provide meaningful employment opportunities for local residents with developmental disabilities.

At Bearly Used Thrift Store we take the saying Reduce, Reuse, Recycle to heart. We fill our shelves daily with gently used merchandise received through the generous donations of our community members. Working hand in hand with our sister organization, Hubbard County Recycling, we send unsold items including clothing, shoes, books, plastics, metals and glass away for recycling. Several tons of clothing and shoes leave Bearly Used Thrift Store every year and begin their journey overseas to help clothe people in developing nations. Bearly Used Thrift Store also provides emergency assistance to people referred to us by outside organizations. In addition to making a difference here and abroad, donations to Bearly Used Thrift Store are tax deductible.

Bearly Used Thrift Store is best known for its shopping experience! Shoppers can expect to find high quality used goods at affordable prices. We offer a wide variety of "bearly used" furniture, household items, clothing, books, collectables and more. Our merchandise is restocked daily and we strive to provide a clean and welcoming shopping environment.
